FIFTH'S PROM Wednesday 18th June 7 - 11pm
Celebrating friendship, the end of GCSE and the start of the Summer Holidays
PROM DETAILS
The prom is organised by a group of Fifths parents and will take place in a marquee located on the grounds of the Heilperns (Digby’s parents), who have generously provided their fields for the celebration.
The venue is within 15-20 minutes of the school, in the Chiddingfold area.
Date & Time
Wednesday 18th June 2025
7 PM to 11 PM
The event is strictly for current Fifths — no plus-ones or non-Charterhouse Fifths allowed.
Dress Code - Black tie
This is a formal event, so we kindly ask all students to wear appropriate attire. We have arranged for black tie hire with the local suit company. Their details will follow shortly.
Food
A delicious range of Street Food will be provided.
Entertainment
There will be a DJ playing all evening, a dance floor and some fun surprises. A photographer will also be there to take group photos.
Drinks
There will soft drinks and some alcohol available.
As has been done in previous years each teen will receive a wristband when they arrive at the Prom. This wristband has 3 coupons, each coupon entitles them to 1 alcoholic drink.
By allowing your teenager to attend this party it is taken that you give your consent to the above.
If you do not want your teenager to receive a wristband please say so in the Registration Form below.
Supervision and staffing
There will be a team of parents on the premises for the evening along with a team of wait staff, bar staff and security with first aid training.
Belongings
Any coats and bags, other than girls’ evening bags, will be taken on arrival and stored safely. The bags will not be opened and will be returned to their owners when they leave.
Transport
The event runs from 7 PM to 11 PM. Students will need to make their own travel arrangements to and from the Prom.
Tickets
The ticket price is £95. This covers the marquee, food van, drinks, security, DJ, lighting, staff and entertainment! Please register and pay for your tickets using the form and details below.

If you have any questions, please contact your house rep.
PLEASE NOTE
Drugs of any description will not be tolerated and any students found either with them in their possession or taking them will be asked to leave, and the parents/guardian will be called to collect them.
Likewise, if anyone is overly intoxicated the parents/guardian will be called and asked to come to collect them immediately.
