What3words: PINTS. IMPEACHED. HEMS
For security reasons, please ask your child not to share the event or venue on social media.
We will have parking attendants (Dads!) to help keep traffic flowing at both drop off and pick up but, please, be patient. Drop off is in a field so no limos please!
Kirsten and Giles (Digby’s parents) have very kindly lent us their fields for the party. Enormous thanks to them and, hopefully, it goes without saying that there is no need for any guest to wander away from the marquee area.
Guest List
There will be a guest list at the entrance to the marquee.
Absolutely no plus ones will be allowed entry.
All pupils must sign in to receive a wristband which they will be required to wear all evening. The wrist band has 3 pull off tabs which they can exchange for alcoholic drinks (except those requesting otherwise). Soft drinks will be served all night.
Coats, Bags and Luggage
Please keep these to a minimum. Any coats, bags or luggage, other than girl’s evening bags, will be stored safely at the venue and returned at the end of the evening at check out.
Code of Conduct
- There is NO need for any pupil to bring any alcohol to the party. Alcohol brought to the party will be confiscated. We also ask that prior to arrival any consumption of alcohol be kept to a minimum.
- Drugs of any description will not be tolerated and any found in their possession or pupils found taking them will be asked to leave the party. Likewise, with anyone who is overly drunk. In both instances parents will be called and asked to collect their child. This is for their own safety.
Supervision and Staffing
- There will be a team of parents supervising on the night, along with a team of waiting staff and security, including those with first aid training.
- It is important we have your up to date contact details - if the details you supplied when registering for the prom have changed please let your house rep know.
